		No Place Like Home (NPLH) is a full service design firm with a history of creating - in partnership with each client - beautiful, comfortable and functional homes that are as resource efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. The following is an outline of the services offered – either ala carte or as a complete package:

	•	Space planning and architectural design consultation for new construction, renovations, condo unit combinations, and home additions (A core philosophy of NPLH is that architecture and interiors be viewed as an integrated whole and planned simultaneously. It is advantageous to include NPLH early in the planning stages.)
	•	Kitchen and bath design and renovations
	•	Assistance with selection and purchase of architectural finish materials such as flooring, tile, stone, doors, door hardware, moldings, staircases, and fireplaces
	•	Design, fabrication, and installation of custom cabinetry and other specialty built-ins
	•	Plumbing fixture selection assistance
	•	Lighting design and fixture selection assistance
	•	Selection of paint colors, wall coverings, and other decorative finishes
	•	Design, fabrication, and installation of window treatments
	•	Layout, selection and purchasing of furniture, art, and accessories from the Merchandise Mart, retail stores, antique shops, galleries, flea markets, and/or on-line
	•	Installation coordination of the above, including the incorporation of existing pieces
	•	Custom furniture design and fabrication
	•	Artwork framing, editing, arranging, and installation
	•	Move-in assistance and organizing
	•	Staging homes for sale
	•	Contracting services and contractor coordination
	•	In-home hourly consultations and one day makeovers
